How long does shipping take?

Shipping within North America takes approximately
10-15 business days.

Payment and Billing

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard & Amex. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks, money orders, or COD orders.

Orders are processed as soon as payment method is authorized. No charges will appear on your credit card until your order is shipped to you.

Sales Tax

Provincial laws require companies to collect sales tax from customers who reside in the provinces where the company has established offices. Bernstein-gold is located in Vancouver, BC and must therefore add sales tax to orders shipped to addresses located in British Columbia.
